  16. Today, the ARRL Awards Committee voted unanimously to accept an ARRL
  17. DX Advisory Committee, DXAC, recommendation to delete Walvis Bay and
  18. Penguin Islands.  The deletions are effective March 1, 1994.  That
  19. was the date that these areas were turned over to Namibia.  There
  20. are now 326 current countries on the DXCC List.
